Home Visits

Doctor's bagPlease consider that the surgery is better equipped for examining / treating patients than your home.

Requests for home visits should be made as early as possible in the day before 10:00am.

Staff will take relevant details and may ask you for information regarding your symptoms. This is to assist the doctors to prioritise. If you prefer not to divulge symptoms this is not a problem.

Your request for a house visit will be triaged by a doctor or a nurse and depending on your needs, you may be asked to attend the surgery, or the doctor may leave a prescription for you (or someone on your behalf) to collect.

You may also be visited at home by a Community Nurse if you are referred by your GP.
